Numerous customers prefer container transportation for flatbed trailers due to its cost-effectiveness and shorter transit duration.

For other trailers, bulk carriers or ro-ro ships are commonly used. CARGOMOVER truck trailers ensure protection by applying wax and covering with tarpaulin.

Upon arrival at your designated sea port or destination, you can retrieve your trailer using the provided bill of lading.

Lowbed Trailer

1. Low-bed trailers are primarily transported in bulk or by frame, with frame transportation incurring higher costs. As a result, bulk transportation remains the most commonly used method for low-bed trailers.

Fuel Tanker Trailer

1. After enhancing the oil tank trailer’s technology, Titan has devised a container transportation plan tailored for the 40 cubic oil tank trailer.

The 40 cubic meter oil tanker, ranging from 1 to 5 compartments, is transportable in 40-foot high container containers. However, when the tank truck exceeds 6 compartments or has a capacity between 40 to 45 cubic meters, requiring a larger tank body, a separate cabinet for installing axles, leaf springs, and other accessories becomes necessary. For further information and details based on your specific situation, please provide your details, and our team will provide comprehensive guidance.

2. Besides container transport, we apply a protective layer of thick wax for bulk oil tanker transportation and wrap them with rain cloth. This proactive measure helps minimize seawater corrosion during transit.

Cement Bulk Tanker Trailer

Powder tank trailers are commonly transported in bulk. Our process involves initial wax spraying, followed by encasing the air compressor and diesel engine for added protection. Finally, we cover the entire body with a rain cloth to mitigate seawater corrosion.

Detachable Gooseneck Lowboy Trailer

After manufacturing detachable gooseneck trailers, Cargomover conducts rigorous load tests to simulate real operational stress. Upon ensuring trailer integrity, we proceed with additional measures. Applying a thick wax coating precedes covering the trailer body with a rain cloth to combat potential seawater corrosion.

Side Loader Trailer

1. The 40-foot side lift trailer is container-compatible, offering shorter transportation times and superior trailer preservation compared to bulk transportation.

Tipper Trailer/ Side Tipper Trailer

Tipper trailers and side tipper trailers are commonly transported in bulk. We begin by applying a generous layer of wax to the trailer and then cover the body with a rain cloth to prevent seawater corrosion.

Container Chassis Trailer

1. Container chassis trailers are typically shipped in containers, with each container capable of accommodating 2 trailers. This method ensures shorter transportation times and improved storage conditions for the container chassis trailers.

2. Container chassis trailers can alternatively be transported in bulk, often in groups of 3 trailers. Titan initiates the process by applying a substantial layer of wax to each trailer, followed by wrapping them with rain cloth before shipment.
